NIP’s Leadership Cadre

Every organisation needs leadership, and the most successful organisations are led by great minds. Amazing people who work together to think, plan, strategise, and act always in favour of the organisation, members of the organisation, and the society at large.

At NIP we designed a complex, yet easy to oversee leadership structure for the management of our affairs, and for checking the activities of those who ride on our platform to hold public office.

So, whereas EVERY Nigerian who is over the age of 18 can join NIP, only Nigerians who are 21 or older, and who can distinguish themselves may join the Leadership Cadre of our party. And only those who cross into this cadre may run for office within the party, run on NIP’s platform to seek political office in Nigeria, or get nominated or appointed for public office in Nigeria under NIP.

If you want to be NIP’s Ward Rep in your village, you must apply for screening to cross into the Leadership Cadre, same goes for those who want to run for the office of President. The good thing about those of us who join young is that we can start learning leadership from gurus, hone our skills, and prepare better for future responsibilities both in private and public life.

Each applicant pays the sum of N300,000 for the independent screening, however members who wish to join the cadre but can’t afford N300,000 can use the points they accumulated from referring people to join NIP to pay for their screening. This allows those of us who have no money, but love NIP to come right to the top by simply working to grow NIP’s membership base. All you need do is figure out how to get 1,500 with voter’s cards, 3,000 people without, or any combination of those to join NIP indicating your membership number as referee.

So, when you are successfully screened and admitted, you are free to compete with others who want to run for the same office which interest you from Ward Reps to the Presidency.

All our elections hold online on our election platform. It takes only one click to join any race you qualify for, but you can only run for one office at a time. Only restrictions are those under NIP constitution and the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

In conclusion, our Leadership Cadre will consist only of Nigerians from every corner of the country who have been thoroughly checked for criminal behaviour, dishonest use of private and public funds, bankruptcies, involvement with terrorist organisations, secessionist groups, cults, community development initiatives etc. and found to have led exemplary lives.

Those are the only ones who can lead NIP, run for office under the NIP platform, and lead our country when NIP takes over power in Nigeria.
